Accessibility

Accessibility of this website: the measures taken, known gaps and how to contact us.

zoryli aims to make zoryli.com usable on any device, in any browser and with any assistive technology. This statement sets out what has been done, which shortcomings remain and how to report a problem.

Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate project. Whenever a page is added or the design is changed, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, operated with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under zoryli.com.

Measures taken

The website uses semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, one main heading per page and link texts that make sense on their own. Navigation and main content are marked as separate regions, each page states its language for screen readers, and images that carry information have text alternatives.

Colours are selected so that body text, links and buttons maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Font sizes are expressed in relative units, so that text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off. Links, menus and form fields can be operated using the keyboard alone.

Information in another form

If a page on zoryli.com does not work for you, the same information is available without the website. Reach us by telephone on 01473 582 140, by email at hello@zoryli.com or by post at 14 Quayside Yard, Ipswich IP4 1BT, and on request we will send the content of a page in another form.

Limitations we know of

A number of illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject instead of describing it in detail.

Feedback

Please report any accessibility problem by email to hello@zoryli.com or by telephone on 01473 582 140. A short note on the page, the difficulty and the device or assistive technology involved helps us reproduce the fault; we usually reply within five working days and explain what we will do about it.

Conformance

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.

Preparation and review

This statement is dated 23 October 2026 and is based on a self-assessment by zoryli, not on an external audit. We tested the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves with a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader, and we review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
