Before you order
Nothing is bought on this website. Ordering is an enquiry, a written quotation and an invoice, and these answers explain each step, including cancellations and refunds.
01 How do I order a service?
Send an enquiry through the contact page with the date, place and what you need. We reply with any questions and then send a written quotation. The booking is confirmed when you accept that quotation in writing, and we confirm in return.
02 How does payment work?
After the quotation is accepted we issue an invoice, which you pay by bank transfer. The invoice shows the amount, the payment reference and the due date. We do not take card payments or payments through this website.
03 What does the quoted price include?
The quotation lists the crew, equipment, hours, signal work and deliveries covered. Anything not listed is not included. If the scope changes, we send an updated quotation before doing the extra work.
04 What can change the price?
The number of cameras, hours on site, distance travelled, the number of backup links and the delivery formats all affect the cost. Remote locations needing extra power or cabling also raise it. We explain each factor in the quotation.
05 What happens if I need to cancel?
Tell us in writing as soon as you know. The terms for cancellations are set out in our payment and refund policy and repeated in the quotation. Earlier notice generally means lower costs, since we can release the crew and equipment.
06 How are refunds paid?
Where a refund is due under the payment and refund policy, we pay it by bank transfer to the account the invoice was paid from. We confirm the amount in writing before sending it.
07 Do you charge for a planning call or site visit?
A first call to understand your event is free. A site visit before a larger job is discussed in the quotation, and the cost, if any, is stated there before you accept.
08 Can the quotation be adjusted after I accept it?
Yes, if both sides agree in writing. Changes in date, venue or scope are put in an updated quotation, and the invoice follows the latest accepted version.
Tell us the date, the venue and what feed you need, whether camera crews, live signal work or delivery to a broadcaster, and we will send a written quotation.
